About

Joseph J. Bires is currently a student in the doctorate program in educational leadership and technology at the University of Delaware and he is a technology coach in New Jersey. He possesses over 13 years experience as a technology coordinator, director, supervisor, and teacher in K-12 education in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned a masters degree in computers in education with a concentration in technology leadership from Columbia University.
He has presented at many local, state, and national conferences on a variety of topics in educational technology. His most current research interest is assessing technology literacy.
